Here’s a fun little fact: The custom of tiered cakes emerged from a game where the bride and groom attempted to kiss over an ever-higher cake without knocking it over. How many tiers did you have on your cake?

Make sure you allow lots of time when ordering your gown. It should be ordered at least 6 months before your wedding date. Some gowns take as long as 4 to 5 months to come in and then you need allow 2 months for alterations. The more time you have, the less stress you’ll have.
