​Stanley Hotel October Giveaway – Official Rules
 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
 

1. Eligibility

The Stanley Hotel October Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Amanda’s Bridal & Tux, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on October 31, 2025
 

3. How to Enter 

There are two (2) ways to enter:

a. Purchase Entry: Each eligible individual who purchases a wedding dress from Amanda’s Bridal & Tux during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry.

b. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received by November 5, 2025 to be eligible.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries by the same person will be void.
 

4. Prize 

One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate valid for a one-night stay at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado (standard room, double occupancy) up to $350.

• Prize must be booked no later than April 30, 2026.

• Dates are subject to room availability at the Stanley Hotel.

• Winner must provide a valid credit card at check-in for incidentals, and the Stanley Hotel requires a $100 incidental hold.

• To reserve the stay, the winner must contact Amanda’s Bridal & Tux at amandasbridalmedia@gmail.com or 303-422-4007.

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, travel, meals, incidentals, and any other costs not specifically stated.
 

5. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or about November 10, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
 

6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
 

7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Amanda’s Bridal & Tux the right to use their name, likeness, and/or city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
 

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
