1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Dark & Daring® Date Night Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Amanda Inc., doing business as Amanda’s Bridal & Tux (“Sponsor”), 7430 W. 52nd Ave., Arvada, Colorado 80002.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Amanda’s Bridal & Tux, members of their immediate households, and individuals directly involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 24th 10:00am and ends on October 31st 5:00pm.
All entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, or if they cannot come to the store.

Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is required to enter. A purchase from Amanda’s Bridal & Tux will not provide an additional entry, increase an entrant’s odds of winning, or otherwise provide an advantage in the winner-selection process.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Dark & Daring® Date Night package consisting of:
Dinner and Murder Mystery Show for Two at Adam’s Mystery Playhouse
$50 drink/gratuity credit
$50 Uber gift card
The Adam’s Mystery Playhouse portion of the prize must be redeemed within one (1) year in accordance with the terms applicable to the gift certificate or prize provided. Reservations are subject to availability and any applicable policies of Adam’s Mystery Playhouse.
The $50 drink/gratuity credit is intended for use in connection with the winner’s Adam’s Mystery Playhouse experience. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable age requirements for the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages. The winner may use the credit for eligible non-alcoholic beverages if applicable.
Transportation costs exceeding the $50 Uber gift card, additional food or beverages, gratuities exceeding any amount expressly included in the prize, parking, and any other expenses not specifically identified above are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Approximate Retail Value
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $228:
Adam’s Mystery Playhouse dinner and show for two: $128
Drink credit: $50
Uber gift card: $50
Actual value may vary. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be awarded.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
All eligible entries will be treated equally regardless of whether the entrant is or has been a customer of Amanda’s Bridal & Tux. A purchase will not improve the entrant’s chances of winning.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided with their entry by November 5th 2026.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, and Colorado residency before receiving the prize.
The winner will not be required to make a purchase or payment to Amanda’s Bridal & Tux in order to claim the prize.
9. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion where required or permitted by law.
The winner is responsible for making reservations directly with Adam’s Mystery Playhouse and complying with its reservation, cancellation, admission, and other applicable policies.
Dates and performances are subject to availability. Amanda’s Bridal & Tux does not guarantee the availability of any particular performance or reservation date.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift cards or certificates are subject to the policies of their respective issuers.
10. Taxes and Expenses
Any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are the responsibility of the winner.
11. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Adam’s Mystery Playhouse, Uber, and any other third-party prize providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their respective products and services.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Amanda Inc. d/b/a Amanda’s Bridal & Tux and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Amanda’s Bridal & Tux to announce the winner’s first name and last initial in connection with the Sweepstakes, including on its website and social-media channels, without additional compensation.
No other personal information will be publicly disclosed by the Sponsor in connection with the winner announcement without permission.
14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and award the prize.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional email or text messages from Amanda’s Bridal & Tux.
15. Third-Party Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Amanda Inc. d/b/a Amanda’s Bridal & Tux.
Adam’s Mystery Playhouse and Uber are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration, winner selection, or fulfillment of any portion of the prize not issued by them.
If the Sweepstakes is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, or other social-media platforms, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
